What should you do before coming in?
No matter what device you’re bringing in, make sure you have all of your valuable data backed up! iOS devices are backed up on your computer via iCloud or iTunes. External hard drives are a great backup solution for Macs especially with the ultra convenient Time Machine tool. For more information on backup options, please speak with your PeachMac service representative.

- AppleCare / Warranty Repairs: Free
- Hardware diagnostic (non-warranty repairs): $69 (will be applied to final repair total)
- Labor Flat Rate: $129 (up to 4 hours of labor)
- Data Backup: $99 (up to 2 hours of labor)
- Software Repair / Installation: $69 (up to 1 hour of labor)
- Upgrades (Solid State Drives, Hard Drives, RAM): Varies upon device, see store for details
- iOS Repair (iPod, iPad, iPhone): Varies upon device, see store for details
- On-Site Service: $129/hr (including travel time)
