What should you do before coming in?

First of all, make sure you register for service! This helps speed up the service process for everyone and ensures we have your most accurate and up-to-date information. Once you’ve registered, come on by whenever convenient for you. There is no appointment necessary at PeachMac.

Secondly, please backup your device. iOS devices are backed up via iCloud or on your computer using iTunes. External hard drives are a great backup solution for Macs especially with the ultra convenient Time Machine tool. If you are bringing in an iOS device, please make sure to turn off Find My Device. This will save time in the event your device is in need of service.  Watch our video on how to turn Find My Device on and off.
