There is no need to make an appointment. Just come on in when it's convenient for you!.

Warranty Repairs

As an Apple Authorized Premium Service Provider, we are able to handle all covered repairs on your Mac, iPod, and iPad under the Apple Limited Warranty or AppleCare Protection Plan. Both the Apple Limited Warranty and AppleCare Protection Plan cover hardware issues. Parts and labor costs associated with the eligible repair are also covered.**

We are more than happy to answer any questions you may have regarding the coverage of your repair.

Out-of-Warranty Repairs / Upgrades

Regardless of whether your device is in need of an upgrade or is no longer covered under an Apple warranty, we have the solution to fit your needs. A diagnostic charge of $69 is required for repairs. Once an estimate of the repairs has been approved, the diagnostic fee will be applied to the final cost of your repair.

Backups

We strongly encourage data backups on all products before they are in need of service. In the event that your device fails, losing your photos, music, videos, and documents can be very upsetting. We understand that your Apple products help store and maintain your memories. Please speak to your PeachMac service representative about your backup options.
