Thanks for your note. While we did have about a dozen styles of iPhone 5 cases in stock yesterday, it is unfortunate that about 30 other styles did not make it to our stores yesterday. This is primarily due to UPS and FedEx shipment delays caused by the huge volume of iPhone 5 shipments. We do expect to receive these deliveries on Monday and Tuesday.
We did visit several Best Buys yesterday and the largest selection of iPhone 5 cases we found was about 25 styles and they had none of the hugely popular Otterbox cases.
I am sorry we disappointed you, but I can tell you we are doing our very best to ensure that we have a vast selection of iPhone 5 accessories for our customers.
