My daughters iphone 4 will turn on and show only the apple logo. According to an Apple tech over the phone it is likely a hardware problem. Is this something that can be fixed? Or will the phone have to be replaced? Also, if a repair is required, are you able to do same day repairs or will the phone need to be left?
September 26, 2012 at 9:01 am
PeachMac says:
Tim,
Without seeing the device it’s difficult to say. However, due to the delicate nature of the repairs required, Apple currently only offers replacement rather than part-level repair for iPhone 4. For the majority of issues we see, part-level repairs do not offer the best solution since they don’t tend to return the phone to its optimal condition. Typically, for a replacement, this is done same day.
